Description
This production line is used to produce LVT (luxury vinyl tile) flooring, wall sheet, etc with thickness of 4.5mm-5.5mm.
1.Use automatic weighing system to ensure weight accuracy of each batch.
2.Use internal mixer for rubber plasticizing with a good dispersion effect, high efficiency and dust free.
3.Use four(two) roll calender to produce the sheet with high precision.
4. Roll adopt peripheral drill structure plated with tungsten carbide, achieve good roll surface temperature uniformity.
5.Each roll is driven by independent motor ,smooth transmission ,and speed ratio is adjustable to meet different processes.
6.Roll bearings adopt high precision bearing with high centering precision, and product thickness tolerance is less than±0.01mm.
